We stayed in the La Ceiba tree lodge and it was one of the most beautiful vacation spots I've ever stayed at. Open and spacious with stunning views, and beautiful sounds.. it was hard not to feel at home there (especially with Bebe, Ace and Lucy) Richard and the staff were amazing-- friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to be around.
We traveled with our two small children, and they lived in the pool and enjoyed the hikes in and around the resort. It rained a bit, but alas we are in the RAINforest.. But Richard took it into his own hands to make sure that we still got to see the beauty that Honduras has to offer, as well as a history lesson of the area. With a nice little tour of the city, a stroll on one of the local beaches and getting to experience a little Honduras zoo. He made sure that we got to make the most of our trip. It was a comfortable and safe environment. We can't wait to come back.
