The Lodge you have chosen is now your home and we respect your privacy. We will maintain your home as and when you request it. If you need anything, just drop off a note at the office describing what you need. FYI our cleaning staff are available from 7.30 am until 4.00 pm. Hot water is on tap in all Lodges. The Casita and the Colibri have instant water heaters. Please note! Turn on with water running slowly and the water will be hotter.
The Grill is open Wednesday through Sunday from 11.30 am, last order around 7.30 pm. We offer a good selection of grilled and vegetarian food. We can also provide an inexpensive breakfast if requested. If the grill is open, please no personal food or drinks in the common areas including the pool. Please respect other guests, only earphones for personal music choices, no boom boxes or other loud music players. This is especially important in and around all Lodges.
Wireless internet is available around the pool and grill area. It is also available in the Ceiba Tree, the Bejuco, the Del Rio, the Tucano and the Jungle Lodges. There is no signal around the Colibri or the Casita. We have a TV and DVD player available to rent for movies. Many different board games as well as decks of cards and dominos.
There are strategically placed benches around the property to enjoy the views. You will find pathways that lead to these great spots for bird watching or just getting a little exercise.

No smoking is permitted in or around any of the Lodges or the pool area. That includes the decks and balconies of the Lodges. There is a smoking area in the bar.
